Newly constructed bungalow and Guest house; the main house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and accommodates 8-10 guests with an open concept layout and gourmet kitchen, salt water heated pool and extensive patio on a breathtaking white sand beach. The self contained 1 bedroom guest house....the "Serenity Suite" is perfect for the in-laws or nanny to have their own space. It's complete with full kitchen and laundry.
The house: The details
The Main house is a spacious open concept bungalow, with a breathtaking ocean view. The kitchen is very well equipped with large gatherings in mind. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and a comfy seating area with an 85" TV. Starlink is installed to provide all TV viewing options and dependable wifi.
The kitchen is very well equipped, complete with 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks to help keep the food prep efficient!
Dolphin Suite- is the primary suite, offering ocean views with a walk-out to the spacious patio area, a KIng size bed, full ensuite bath with soaker tub with LED mirrors, smart TV, a walk-in custom closet space.
Flamingo Suite- offering ocean views with a walk-out to the spacious patio area, a King size bed, full ensuite bath with LED mirrors, smart TV, a walk-in custom closet space.
Sand Dollar Suite- features a King size bed, smart TV, custom closet, and a 4 piece ensuite.
Sea Turtle Suite-features a queen size bed, and 2 single beds ( bunk beds), smart TV, custom closet and 3 piece ensuite bath.
All mattresses, pillows and bedding are premium hotel quality to ensure your comfort.
There are kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, snorkels/ masks, life jackets, volley ball net, games and turkish beach towels for your enjoyment.
